The reform of Mahalir Thittam

Discussions were held on the in-depth studies that had been conducted for the past 6 months on the SHG federation structure, the different issues of government policies with regards to the implementation of federation, the views of different stake holders, NGOs and women groups vis-a-vis the federation, and the relations between NGOs and Government Agencies in implementing the Mahalir Thittam program.
