The lecture focuses on politicians, deciders, policy makers, experts, consultants, lobby groups, implementers, private actors and companies, doctors along with their staff as the gate of entry is to focus on deciders and health policy makers as an object of investigation in itself, it will counterbalance the conventional approach that leads to accuse to patients and the sufferers not be "able" to follow the normative health guidelines imposed by outsiders, rather then focusing on the expected beneficiaries who are however the most important persons to be taken into account both by researchers and the project conceivers who are more action-oriented.

In other words, the intention of the lecture is to be liable to provide new insights related not only to patients point’s of views but also to health systems constraints and drawbacks.
