Tribute to the IFP Director

The entire staff of the French Institute of Pondicherry, paid tribute to their Director, Dr. Jean-Pierre MULLER on March 3, 2008, for the remarkable work he has done during his five year tenure, in terms of visibility, scientific output and overall recognition of the IFP as a centre of excellence for cooperative research. The staff praised his sense of initiative and dynamism and the several reforms that he has carried out. They also thanked him for his personal commitment to their welfare which has resulted in the long overdue revision of their pay scales.

This tribute comes a few months away from Dr. MULLER’s end of tenure, on August 31, 2008.
