Home > News

The IFP is partner to an ARCUS (Action in Region for Scientific and University Cooperation) project of the Ile-de-France region in France (project “Ile-de-France / India Collaboration in research and training”).
The IFP will be associated to the University Paris 3 - Sorbonne Nouvelle, in two sub-projects of the field “Indian Cultural Heritage”. One concerns the religious traditions of Jainism. It will put the emphasis on the texts and practices of Jainism in South India. The other concerns previously unpublished Saiva Sanskrit texts. It will notably draw on manuscripts of the IFP’s collection.
