Mr (The Mahopadhyaya) V.Venkataraja Sarma, collaborator of the project «Paninian Grammar through its examples», has just been awarded the "Certificate of Honour to Eminent Traditional Sanskrit Scholars", which in India, is the highest distinction in the field of Sanskrit studies. He will receive this award in New Delhi by the President of the Republic of India.

Beyond the personal homage rendered to this eminent scholar, this award underlines the importance given by the Indian Sanskrit community towards the scholarship work conjointly led by the IFP, EFEO and Sanskrit University of Tirupaty.
